These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Symetriz platform and this website, operated by Symetriz Analytics Pvt Ltd ("Symetriz", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using Symetriz, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Symetriz provides AI agents and deployment automation for organizations operating on Microsoft Azure — including cloud architecture guidance, FinOps recommendations, observability and security assistance, and manual/real-time deployment tooling. Which products a given account can access is determined by account type (client or Symetriz staff) and, at our discretion, per-account configuration.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts may sign in with an email/password or via Google or Microsoft single sign-on.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to violate any third party's rights.
- Attempt to access products, data, or accounts you're not entitled to, including by bypassing access controls.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, including its rate limits or usage guardrails.
- Use the AI agents to generate content unrelated to their intended purpose, or to attempt to extract system prompts or internal configuration.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or provide the service to third parties without our agreement.
4. Connected Azure access
Certain features require you to connect an Azure subscription or grant Symetriz scoped access via a service principal. You're responsible for the permissions you grant, and can revoke that access at any time through your Azure tenant, independent of your Symetriz account.
5. Products, cart, and purchases
Some products (currently, agent products) can be added to a cart and requested for purchase. Submitting a cart does not itself create a binding purchase — our team follows up to confirm scope, pricing, and activation, unless a specific product states otherwise at checkout. Manual and real-time deployment tooling are operational capabilities for accounts already onboarded into Symetriz-managed Azure infrastructure, and are not sold through the cart.
6. Fees
Where a product has an associated fee, we'll communicate pricing and billing terms to you directly before charging you. You're responsible for all fees associated with products you've agreed to purchase.
7. Intellectual property
Symetriz retains all rights in the platform, including its software, agent configurations, and branding. You retain rights in the data and content you submit, and grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service to you.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms, except as required by law.
9. Disclaimers
AI-generated guidance (including from Symetriz's agents) may be incomplete or incorrect. It is provided to assist, not replace, your own judgment and review before taking action in your environment — particularly for deployment, cost, and security decisions. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated here.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Symetriz Analytics Pvt Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or as needed to comply with law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
